Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your returned item, refunds or exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs. Note that this policy excludes customized, sale and clearance items and discretionary measures to insure your satisfaction are often taken by our customer service.
