Name Necklaces — our personalized name necklaces are made to order and require an additional 5 business days of crafting time before shipment. Total delivery = 5 days crafting + shipping time above.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Easy Returns

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Place the item in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the parcel.

Ship It Back
Send the package to our return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Size exchanges are free of charge for Canadian orders. International exchanges may be subject to shipping fees.

For the fastest exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning your original purchase for a refund.

How long does shipping take? +
Delivery times vary by destination. Canada: 5–8 business days. USA: 7–12 business days. Europe: 10–16 business days. International: 12–20 business days. All orders include tracking.
Do you offer expedited shipping? +
At this time we offer standard tracked shipping on all orders. We're working on adding express options — stay tuned! If you need your order urgently, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? +
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return required.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make modifications, but we'll always do our best to help.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees? +
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
