Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify.
How to Return
Email us at contact@purajoia.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Place the item in its original packaging and include your order number inside the parcel.
Send the package to our return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
Size exchanges are free of charge for Canadian orders. International exchanges may be subject to shipping fees.
For the fastest exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning your original purchase for a refund.
